Ahead at Work, published by 360 Maker (ABN 44 137 669 949), is committed to making our website and digital guides accessible to as wide an audience as possible. We recognise that accessibility is a matter of both legal obligation and basic respect for every reader.
We target compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the website at aheadatwork.com. WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard referenced in the Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (via the Australian Human Rights Commission's Digital Access guidance), the US ADA's practical interpretation for web content, the EU Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882, effective 28 June 2025), the UK Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018, and Canada's Accessible Canada Act (ACA).
We are not a public-sector body and we are a small business, so some statutory accessibility duties that apply to large enterprises do not apply to us directly. That does not change our commitment to the standard.
Our guides are delivered as PDFs. Not every PDF we have published is fully tagged to WCAG 2.2 AA standard for screen-reader traversal. We are working towards fully tagged PDFs in our next re-render cycle. If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology and want a text-only version of a specific guide, email hello@aheadatwork.com and we will send a plain-text equivalent free of charge.
Some of the third-party AI tools we recommend in our guides (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and others) have their own accessibility limitations outside our control. Each tool's own accessibility policy applies to your use of it. Where we know of a specific accessibility issue in a recommended tool, we note it in the relevant guide's Chapter 3.
If you cannot access any part of our site or a guide, email hello@aheadatwork.com with your need and we will work with you to resolve it. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to implement an accommodation (for example, a text-only PDF, a large-print version, an alternative payment method, or an extended support window) within 10 business days.
If you believe we have failed to meet an accessibility obligation, please contact us first so we have the opportunity to fix it. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to:
We review this statement and our site's accessibility posture at least annually, and whenever we make a material design or content change. Last full review: 24 April 2026. Next planned review: before paid advertising ramps past the first A$5k spend, and in any event by 24 April 2027.
